Problem Solving Training Course: The Functional Resonance Analysis Method (FRAM)

Ms Jeanette Hounsgaard will conduct two short workshops in a Problem Solving Training Course: The Functional Resonance Analysis Method ("FRAM"). 

Jeanette Hounsgaard, MSc, BSc (Mechanical Engineering), is the deputy manager and training developer at the Centre of Quality, Region of Southern Denmark. For more than 30 years she has worked in Quality and Risk Management.

For the last 7 years, she has worked together with Professor Erik Hollnagel  and  colleagues in Denmark and internationally, using the FRAM in the clinical practice to analyse adverse events, to prepare risk assessments and to improve healthcare quality by changing the design of systems.
