Ovarian Cancer Association Consortium/Ovarian Cancer Association Consortium/Ovarian Tumor Tissue Analysis meeting

The TCRN co-sponsored the recent Ovarian Cancer Association Consortium/Ovarian Cancer Association Consortium/Ovarian Tumor Tissue Analysis meeting which was held in Sydney April 10-12, 2018. The meeting was convened by TCRN member Professor Susan Ramus and Professor Anna de Fazio from Sydney West TCRC. In attendance were international and local collaborators from across the consortium.

TCRN Project Manager and PhD Student, Nicki Meagher presented the following:

• Nicola S Meagher, Susan J Ramus, Martin Koebel, on behalf of the OTTA consortium. SATB2 and PAX8 as markers for the distinction of primary mucinous ovarian tumours from colorectal and appendiceal metastasis.

Professor Susan Ramus presented: 

• Susan J Ramus, on behalf of the OTTA consortium. Nanostring-based prognosis prediction.

Both projects utilised samples acquired from the HSA Biobank.
