TCRN Members' Research Articles

This month's article by the TCRN Operations & Projects team, uses on-line tools to identify publications attributed to TCRN members. We are using Scopus, the largest abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature as our primary source.

A “Scopus alert” has been created for any TCRN Member who has been an author on a peer-reviewed publication. New results arrive weekly from Scopus, allowing us to create a database of all member publications for the year and then share some recent examples with the TCRN members each month.

Recent member publications for this month include:

  • Liu Q, Hesson LB, Nunez AC, Packham D, Williams R, Ward RL, Sloane MA. A cryptic paracentric inversion of MSH2 exons 2-6 causes Lynch syndrome. Carcinogenesis (2016) 37: 10-17

Most university-based members will be able to go directly to the article using the links below. Unfortunately hospital based members may be blocked by firewalls and we are unable to find a fix for this problem. Any member who is interested in reading one of these papers but is unable to access them can email tcrn@unsw.edu.au and request a PDF copy.
