Cancer Council NSW would like to let you know that the 2018 Pathways to a Cancer-Free Future grant scheme is NOW OPEN for Expressions of Interest for funding commencing in 2018.

Cancer Council NSW Pathways to a Cancer-Free Future Grant Scheme will support research which aims to improve health outcomes and promote or improve translation of research outcomes into policy and/or practice in cancer control. The scheme will provide support for teams of researchers to pursue collaborative research and develop capacity in clinical, population health, and health services research. Pathways grants are worth up to $400,000 annually, for five consecutive years. Funding will commence in April 2018.

Applications will only be considered from research teams which:

  • Demonstrate strong leadership from clinicians or public health practitioners
  • Include at least one Chief Investigator from a NSW institution
  • Are multidisciplinary.

Expressions of Interest should be submitted to Cancer Council NSW by midnight, Monday 14th August, 2017. Information for Applicants and the Expression of Interest Form are available on the website.
